Our products are digital recipe books in PDF format. If the recipe book isn’t for you, email us at hola@saboresdelola.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number, or use the form on the “Request a refund” page. We’ll refund the amount you paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal (customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. To exercise it, simply tell us of your decision with a clear statement: through the form on the “Request a refund” page, by email to hola@saboresdelola.com, or using the model form below (you don’t have to use it). To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your request before the 14 days have passed.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no cost to you.
